Do I need a referral to book an appointment with you?
No referral is required - you can book straight in via the ‘book an appointment’ tab! Unlike seeing a psychologist, no referral or mental health care plan is needed. Easy peasy!

Is there a limit to how many sessions I can utilise?
There is absolutely no limit on how many sessions you are able to utilise. However, I recommend only booking one appointment in advance.

Do you provide a Medicare or private health rebate?
Unfortunately, there are currently no Medicare rebates when seeing a counsellor. I do not currently offer private health rebates.

What is your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment require a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations are free outside of this 24 hour window. The cancellation policy is stipulated when scheduling your appointment, and must be agreed to before proceeding.

What are you opening hours?
My opening hours can vary. Please see the scheduling page to see my availability one month in advance.

Do you have a therapy dog?
No - my dog is unfortunately not a trained therapy dog and is not able to attend walk & talk sessions at this stage.

Do you offer face to face appointments?
Face-to-face appointments are currently only available via the ‘walk and talk’ option. All other sessions are conducted via Zoom.

What happens if there is bad weather predicted for a walk & talk session?
Walk & talk sessions are subject to change due to weather conditions (rain, extreme heat, storms etc.). We will be in touch as early as possible to reschedule if this is the case. This will be stipulated in the terms & conditions upon booking.
